The Cameroon-based innovation organization TiC Foundation has been selected to join the Timbuktoo Pan-African Incubation Network, a continent-wide community of incubators working to strengthen Africa’s startup support ecosystem. The selection marks an important milestone for the organization and reflects growing efforts to build a stronger entrepreneurial infrastructure across the continent.

As part of this initiative, TiC Foundation’s CEO, Bill Agha, is currently in Accra, Ghana, where he is participating in the Pan-African Incubation Network Bootcamp. The training is being delivered in partnership with 500 Global, a U.S.-based venture capital firm and startup accelerator that supports early-stage companies around the world.
The program is built around the Bootcamp for Accelerator Managers (BAM) methodology, a globally recognized training framework developed in Silicon Valley to help leaders of incubators and accelerators strengthen and scale the programs they offer to startup founders.

For TiC Foundation, joining the network offers an opportunity to bring global best practices back to Cameroon and further strengthen the support systems available to local entrepreneurs.
Through initiatives such as the TiC Accelerator, the foundation works with pre-seed technology founders, helping them identify the right teams, develop their products, and execute their ideas.

The program provides mentorship, access to talent pipelines, and structured startup development support aimed at helping young ventures move from concept to viable businesses.

By joining the Timbuktoo network, TiC Foundation is expected to deepen its impact, enabling startups in Cameroon to benefit from stronger incubation systems, global insights, and improved pathways to scale their innovations.
