You’re sitting on value.


Here’s how to find out what the market will actually pay for.


1. Start with what people already ask you.

What do people come to you for?

What do they vent about around you?

That’s market data. Stop ignoring it. Start documenting it.


2. Identify the pain you solve fast.

People don’t pay for passion.

They pay for pain relief.

Ask: What are people stressed, stuck, or scared about, that I can fix quickly?

3. Run this 3-question test.

→ Can I help solve this in under 60 minutes or in 24 hours or in 1 month (it depends your value)?

→ Can I give them a win in 7 days?

→ Would people in different levels of life still pay for this?

If yes, you’ve got a marketable offer.


4. Don’t start with a product. Start with a problem.

Most broke entrepreneurs or creators are selling what they love.

Profitable creators sell what hurts people… and remove the pain.


5. Test your offer in 48 hours.

Post a short offer:

“I help [X person] solve [Y problem] in [Z result time].”

Then invite DMs.

No likes? Tweak it.

DMs? You’ve found the win.

6. Sell the outcome, not the process.

People don’t care how.

They care what changes.

For example, don’t say “coaching calls.”

Say “clarity, confidence, clients & income increase in 30 days.”


7. Monetize your past wins.

What problem did you overcome that others are still drowning in?

If you survived it, systemize it.

Your breakthrough is someone else’s blueprint.


8. Price based on urgency, not time.

If you can help someone fix a $1K pain in 3 hours or less…

you’re not cheap. You’re a shortcut. Price like one (premium).
