The Hack Club | Josias Djimi

If you’re a high-school student or a teenager, and you’re into Tech/Computer Science, you should check out Hack Club.

Hack Club is a global community of teenagers from around the world who come together for the joy of coding. Every day, thousands of Hack Clubbers gather online and in person to make things with code. Whether you’re a beginner programmer or have years of experience, there’s a place for you at Hack Club.

At Hack Club, you will connect with teenage coders, work on awesome projects, organize/participate in hackathons in real life with other people like you and meet incredible figures in tech such as Elon Musk, George Hotz, Guillermo Rauch etc.

If that’s something you’re interested in, then you’re going to love the grant programs!

Hack Club recently launched Arcade in partnership with GitHub: For the whole of this summer, if you work on projects and bank your hours, you run a chance to claim awesome prizes from a flipper zero to a 3D printer and a MacBook M2 among a ton of other prizes.

This is one of the many grant programs available

●      Blot — If you create an original piece of art, you get shipped a drawing robot

●      Sprig — Create your first game and get the parts to assemble a custom gaming console and play your game on it

●      OnBoard (Backed by Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple) — If you design your first PCB (Printed Circuit Board), we’ll grant you $100 to manufacture it and ship it to you

Is this something that catches your attention? If yes, you can join Hack Club through Arcade.

Feel free to email me at josias@hackclub.com and I would be happy to answer your questions.
