What an incredible experience facilitating my session on "Developing a 21st Century Mindset" for the pre-scholars at the 2024 Open Dreams summer academy in Yaoundé - Cameroon! The energy and engagement of the participants was truly inspiring.
Using interactive tools like Mentimeter and Pear Deck, we explored the critical skills and mindsets needed to thrive in our rapidly changing world. From fostering creativity and adaptability to cultivating a growth mindset, it was an empowering journey of personal and professional development.
The insightful discussions and unique perspectives shared by the pre-scholars made this such a memorable and valuable session. I'm grateful to have had the opportunity to connect with this driven group of lifelong learners. The future is indeed bright!

I had the privilege of leading a session with bright young pre-scholars at Open Dreams Douala on developing the global skills needed to thrive in the 21st century. The energy and enthusiasm in that room were palpable - these young people are brimming with potential, and they are eager to gain the knowledge and tools to make their dreams a reality.
It's a profound responsibility we have to ensure that today's youth are prepared for the challenges and opportunities of the future.
