A Dream Realized: Dr. Valirie Ndip’s Oxford Graduation

I am humbled to have officially graduated with a DPhil (PhD) in Population Health from the University of Oxford and Linacre College, Oxford.

This marks the end of a transformative four-year program at Oxford, during which I also earned an MSc in Global Health Science and Epidemiology. 

As a Commonwealth PhD Scholar, studying in such an intellectually stimulating environment — surrounded by leading researchers, rich academic traditions, and world-changing ideas — has been both a right and a privilege.

As I take the next steps in my career, I remain committed to leveraging data, research, and policy to drive real-world impact in global health, especially in low-resource and underserved communities.
