Funny how one session at the Open Dreams 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐜𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐦𝐲 turned into a whole lifestyle. I still remember a facilitator (Mr. Ngolefac Emmanuel ) passionately talking about volunteering — I nodded like I got it, but deep down I was like, “Me? Volunteer with all this school stress?”

Fast forward, and here I am — volunteering everywhere I can. From community outreach to church programs, it has become my quiet superpower. I’ve learned to work with people (even the difficult ones), communicate better (still learning not to overthink texts), and manage my time (well... we're getting there).

#Volunteering taught me that you grow the most when you give without expecting anything back. It’s not always glamorous, but it’s always worth it.

Today, I can proudly say, volunteering is my mantra — imperfect, but intentional.
