The Designation of Apongnde Mystery Afesi as the Open Dreams Summer Academy Coordinator, Bamenda Hub

Open Dreams Scholar Apongnde Mystery Afesi'24 will serve as the program coordinator for the Open Dreams Summer Academy #ODSA26 in Bamenda.

At Open Dreams, Mystery contributes significantly as the facilitator of the Open Dreams Bamenda Hub Tuesday and Wednesday sessions, drilling on Essay writing, SAT Math, and How to ace an interview

From volunteering for flagship initiatives like the Aviva week to Tuesday and Wednesday sessions, overseeing school visits, representing Open Dreams at the North West Skolarr Olympiad finals with Dream Reality Incubator (DR. I), to engaging state authorities for crucial administrative support, Mystery has proven to be one of the driving forces of Open Dreams Bamenda.

Mystery is a one-time Commonwealth National Essay competition winner, indicating his passion for creative writing and research. He is also a Lumiere Research Scholar.

Mystery was part of the Open Dreams Bamenda delegation, which animated the Open Dreams 10th anniversary celebrations in Yaoundé, indicating his zeal for giving back immensely and being proactive in every aspect.

Under the Supervision of Open Dreams Regional Coordinator Blessing Lum, he will be working to ensure the smooth delivery of the Open Dreams Summer Academy 2026 goals
