Open Dreams Scholars Daphne Chebesi and Nomboh Evans Kunchu named among the 2026 - 2027 Schwarzman Scholars

Daphne Chebesi from Ashesi University, Ghana, and the University of Edinburgh - UK, Daphne brings strong academic excellence and a global perspective to the Schwarzman Scholars Class of 2027, where she will pursue a fully-funded Master’s in global affairs at Tsinghua University in Beijing.
Nomboh Evans Kunchu also representing Cameroon, is joining the Class of 2026-2027 after studies at the African Leadership University (ALU), Mauritius, ready to deepen his leadership impact and cross-cultural understanding in one of the world’s most competitive fellowship programs.

Both Daphne and Evans are part of a diverse group of emerging leaders selected from around the world for Schwarzman Scholars, a fully funded leadership and master’s program focused on global affairs and cross-cultural collaboration. The two are well-known across the Open Dreams Community for the distinctive impact they continue to create over the years.
