I recently wrapped up a two-day in-person leadership immersion program facilitated by the Denis & Lenora Foretia Foundation and the Nkafu Policy Institute, which brought together think tanks from Central Africa. I must admit, that this experience far exceeded my expectations, providing invaluable insights that I will carry with me for a lifetime.

On the first day, we delved into essential topics such as identifying various stakeholders in a project, harnessing the power of emerging technologies for effective project management, and mastering organizational decision-making and communication strategies.

Day two was equally enriching, focusing on the importance of emotional intelligence in leadership, techniques for leading advocacy efforts to achieve greater impact, and methods for motivating personnel to enhance productivity.

These sessions, among others, were instrumental in broadening my perspective and equipping me with practical skills to navigate complex leadership challenges with confidence and effectiveness.
